• Born in Bordeaux, France
• At 8 : Ballet training with his mother ( a former principal dancer)
• At 13-16 : Conservatoire National de Lyon
• Summer 1992 : Summer Programm at the the School of American Ballet
• Fall 1993 : Studied at the SAB on full scholarship from the French Ministry (bourse Lavoisier)
• 1995 : Invited to be Member of NYCB Corps de Ballet
• 1998 : Promoted to Soloist
• Spring 2002 : Promoted to Principal
• Ocotber 2011: Retired from NYCB, wants to focus on choreography

• 1994 : Prix de Lausanne
• 1995 : Recipient of SAB's Mae L Wien Award for Outstanding Promise
